Total Program Fees
- Application fee $150
- Living Yoga Program offers a choice of two different tracks towards certification and registration as a yoga teacher.
Yoga Alliance (YA) Track
The YA Track constists of Module 1 plus YA Modules 2-4 which must be taken with LYP instructors in Austin.
Yoga Register (YR) Track
The YR track consists of Module 1 which must be taken with LYP instructors in Austin and in addition, YR Modules 2-4. These modules are designed to allow you to finish the program by taking classes with your favorite teachers in your own community, on-line anatomy, study projects, and compiling a graduation notebook. There is a $150 administrative fee for the YR track that covers YR Modules 2-4, review of your graduation notebook, administrative work, mailing your work back to you along with feedback from your advisor.
However, you are always welcome to register and recieve credit for taking any of the YA Modules 2-4 which are offered in Austin with LYP instructors but these are optional.

Fees can be made in one payment or paid out over several months with no finance charge. All accommodation and tuition fees must be paid for 31 days before you attend the 9-day residential intensive. If we have not received your fees by that time, and no other prior arrangements have been made with us, your slot at the intensive could be forfeited. If you are having difficulties, please call us as soon as you can to discuss your situation.
Please note: We understand that things come up and sometimes students are forced to postpone their course attendance until a later time. We are happy to transfer your enrollment from one course date to another. There is a $35 fee per transfer to be charged to the credit card we have on record. If we do not have a credit card on file for you, we will contact you to obtain payment information.
Accommodations
Accommodation fees are paid directly to the Living Yoga Program. All beds are twin-sized, and linens are included in the price. You are welcome to come prior to the intensive in order to have some time to settle in. In addition, feel free to stay after the intensive ends before returning to your normal routine. Please let us know if you would like to arrive early or stay late and we will make those overnight arrangements.

You may pay by check, money order, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). You may pay online with credit cards.
Certificate Replacement
Following your graduation, in the event that your certificate is damaged or misplaced, LYP is happy to mail you a replacement Certificate, but we will need to charge a $20 processing fee to cover administrative costs mailing fees.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
* In the event that the Living Yoga Program cancels an event, we will refund all fees collected in full.
* Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, unattended events, early termination of attendance, no-shows, or missed meals.
If students cancel with more than 7 days (written notice via email)...
* $100 processing/administrative fee will be deducted from any refund.
* Written email notice must be received by Ellen Smith at ebsmith@austin.rr.com
If students cancel with less than 7 days (written notice via email)...
* Attendee will forfeit 50% on the total registration cost of the module(s) missed.
* Any remaining balance of paid fees will be refunded within one month of receipt of notice of cancellation.
* Written email notice must be received by Ellen Smith at ebsmith@austin.rr.com
* We require a minimum of 24 hrs written notice, prior to the start of the event.
If students cancel with less than 24 hrs written notice...
* No refunds will be issued in the event that our office fails to receive at least 24 hours written notice of cancellation.
